Yes. Due to the limited availability of loaner vehicles, you do need to make an appointment in advance. Loaners cannot be given out on the same day due to the high customer flow. Having the appointment will allow us to ensure availability for you. We understand that things happen unexpectedly but cannot guarantee loaner availability without an appointment in advance. We recommend that you make the appointment 10 to 14 days in advance, this depends on availability. This is an extremely popular program due to customers being unable to be without a vehicle. *Loaner vehicles will not be provided for any work taking 2 hours or less. Please feel free to wait in our waiting area and enjoy snacks, drinks, and our complimentary Wi-Fi.
If you have an appointment scheduled in advance, we guarantee we will have an Infiniti-branded vehicle for you. We however do not guarantee the model but will do our best to accommodate your needs such as family size, sports, work, etc…
We ensure that the loaner will have at least ¼ tank of gas at time of possession. The vehicle will need to be returned with at least a ¼ tank of gas. Every 1/8 tank that is missing will result in a $20.00 charge.
No. But the vehicle must stay within the State of Ohio, unless approved otherwise by the dealership management.
The vehicle must be returned within 24 hours of the service being completed or you decline the work, unless approved otherwise. Failure to do so can result in a $250.00 per day fee until the vehicle is returned.
Typically, there is not a cleaning fee but it will depend on the condition of the vehicle when returned. Smoling in the vehicle will result in a $250.00 detail fee.
You cannot modify the vehicle in anyway and it should be returned in the same condition it was given to you. Should any service lights appear during use, you will need to report that to the dealership as soon as possible.
